Hello, my name is Eric Downs. My wife Ashley and I own and operate Wildfire Pizza with the help of an awesome staff. This dream started a long long time ago. Along the way there have been many forks in the road and I still can't believe it sometimes but I won't bore you with that. Needless to say here I am with my loving wife by my side doing something I love.

 

You may be able to tell by some of the pictures on this site that our main oven is a fired brick oven and it can reach temperatures of over 800 degrees. It can cook a pizza in roughly 1 min!  During the course of a workday we are usually preparing dough for our famous hand tossed crust or cutting by hand fresh red onions, green peppers and mushrooms.

We believe that when you order food you should be getting just that! We don't believe in using fillers, preservatives or dyes. When you order from us we know there is a person on the other side of the order and you are not just a number with a profit margin to be achieved. We do it the old fashioned way avoiding shortcuts.We think you will agree it really makes a difference!
